With the purpose of fully implementing the spirit of the CBRC supervisory task, advancing the construction of the “Eight Mechanisms”, and the “Eight Liabilities” for Trust Industry, pressing ahead the social responsibility work and comprehensively demonstrating the achievements by China’s trust companies in fulfilling their own social responsibilities, CTA started the compilation of the Report on China‘s Trust Industry Social Responsibility Fulfillment in 2014. The first round of discussion on compilation took place on April 9, 2015; leaders from CBRC Trust Companies Supervision Department and CTA, and representatives from trust companies attended it. 

The symposium was mediated by Zheng Fang, Deputy Secretary General of CTA. Qi Jianming, Executive Vice Chairman of CTA attached great importance to trust industry’s social responsibility and gave instructions on the compilation of the Report. Topics such as the strengths and merits revealed by trust companies during the process when they undertook their social responsibilities, and the framework and outlines of writing were fully discussed; a compilation work group was set up.
