The first plenary session of the Fourth CTA General Assembly was held on December 26th, 2018 in Beijing. Over 140 people, including leaders from supervisory departments, experts and scholars, and representatives from trust companies, participated. This meeting was presided over by Mr. Chen Yisong, Chairman of the CITIC Trust.

The session completed two major agendas. First, reviewing and approving a series of documents of CTA, including the Article of CTA, Administrative Measures on Fees of CTA, Administrative Measures on Investment of CTA, Report of the Third Board of Directors of CTA, Financial Report of the Third Board of Directors of CTA, and Report of the First Board of Supervisors of CTA. Second, electing the fourth general assembly, the fourth board of directors and the second supervisory board.
