In order to press ahead with the construction of spokespeople system for trust industry and help trust companies be prepared for skills of making public announcements in appropriate fashions and through appropriate channels to ensure messages delivered most favorable, China Trustee Association held a seminar in Beijing on 25 and 26, May, 2016. More than 110 spokesmen and business backbones from 63 trust companies participated. Famous experts in the area of journalism were invited to give lectures, focusing on subjects including the construction of spokespeople system, professional accomplishments of a spokesman, rules on news releases, communication skills with media and crisis management, etc.  

Besides, there was a highly practical and interactive crisis simulation exercise session. In this session, several crisis-communication models were introduced and attendees were involved through role-play in simulative phone interviews, television interviews and press conferences. Experts gave comments on their performances.
