‍‍A guidance with the aim of cultivating an investment cognition of “full performance of fiduciary duties by trust companies vis-à-vis caveat emptor” and protecting legitimate rights and interests of all parties to trusts has been in the drafting process. Based on progresses achieved, a seminar was held on 20th June to revise and perfect the draft.
