An event for educating trust investors in China with the theme of “ A Better New Life in the New Era” organized in Fuzhou on November 18th, 2017 by China Trustee Association. Nearly 150 people including leaders from supervisory departments and CTA, experts from trust fields and trust investors participated.

Mr. Qi Jianming, Executive Vice Chairman of CTA introduced the background and significance of this event and works that CTA have done in carrying out educational events for investors in recent years. He also put forward ideas and suggestions for trust companies to educate trust investors in future.

Representatives from supervisory departments and China Industrial International Trust Co.，participated and gave speeches as well. Experts from Fudan University and local supervisory department gave keynote speeches and interacted with investors on site.

Participants have reached consensus that protecting investors’ legitimate rights and interests is the core of safeguarding investors’ confidence. Education for investors is crucial for achieving that purpose. All parties of trust industry should continuously attach great importance to investors’ education, and make efforts to expand educational activities’ breadth and depth.
