Hosted by CTA, a seminar on wealth management businesses of trust companies was held in Beijing on November 21st, 2018. Over 90 people, including senior managers and representatives of trust companies, participated.

Representatives of trust companies introduced the wealth management businesses regarding business model, organizational structures, personnel management and motivate mechanism. They also shared experiences and challenges, discussed the significance of wealth management in the overall strategic development of trust companies, and put forward suggestions for balancing its relationship with the traditional business departments. They all agree that wealth management is one of the important directions for trust companies to achieve business transformation.
