Hosted by CTA, the second meeting of the talent and training committee was held in Beijing on February 21st, 2019. The purpose of this meeting is to promote the construction of talents team for the trust industry and give full play to the functions of the Professional Committee on Talents and Training. This meeting was presided over by Ms. Chen Yanqing, Chairman of Utrust. Mr. Qi Jianming, the Executive Vice President of CTA, pointed out that the professional committee is the decision-making body as well as a think tank of CTA. He hoped that the members of the professional committee on talent and training would give full play to their role as think tanks and consultants to promote the development of the whole industry's talent construction and training, and at the same time lead the industry and even the society to reach consensus on relevant work.

At the meeting, the discussion focused on three topics, the talent building work plan (framework) for the trust industry, the trust industry training plan for 2019, as well as  the outline of training materials and examination highlights for trust industry practitioners. put forward specific opinions and suggestions. Committee members also put forward specific opinions and suggestions related to above topics.
